Under this name was held in Kokshetau republican festival of Russian and Cossack songs, organized by the Akmola branch of the OUYL "Association of Russian, Slavic and Cossack Organizations of Kazakhstan" with the support of the Akmola APK.
More than 100 participants from the cities of Karaganda, Temirtau, Kokshetau, Stepnogorsk and 7 districts of Akmola region took part in the festival.
In her speech the Deputy Akim of Akmola region Aina Musralimova noted that the role of the Head of State in the successful and progressive development of our country is invaluable. The name of Nursultan Nazarbayev is directly and permanently linked with the uniqueness of Kazakhstan's statehood and this holiday allows all citizens of the country to feel it.
The honorary guest of the festival, the chairman of the "Association of Russian, Slavic and Cossack Organizations" Vladimir Bozhko warmly congratulated all the spectators and participants of the festival, noting that in a short period of time, Kazakhstan has become a modern competitive state that has successfully implemented large-scale political, economic and social reforms, Kazakhstan's way of development under the leadership of the head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Prolonged applause from the audience: its unique style and the Cossack prowess demonstrated folk ensemble "Cossack freemen" of Karaganda and the ensemble "Kalinka" from Temirtau.

Perhaps that is why the heartfelt songs of the "Uslada" ensemble from the village of Sandyktau of the Akmola region and vocalism from the Burabay and Bulandynsky districts touched the soul to all spectators.
