In order to develop the legal community, and establish long-term mutually beneficial cooperation between South Kazakhstan Regional Court, the Secretariat of the APK apparatus of akim of the region Department of Justice of South Kazakhstan region, bar area, the regional Notary Chamber signed an agreement on joining the previously compiled memorandum between the South Kazakhstan regional court and the akimat of the South -Kazahstanskoy area.

At the signing ceremony, the chairman of the regional court N.Sharipov noted that on the basis of this agreement, the parties will conduct explanatory work among the population and to cooperate in applying the rules of mediation in civil disputes.

In his speech, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, South Kazakhstan region, head of the secretariat of the Assembly Muratali Kalmuratov said that mediation development is one of the new functional direction incumbent head of state to the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and elaborated on the work carried out in the region in this regard.

In general, all parties have signed the agreement said they would build partnerships in the development of the institute of mediation in the region and expressed their willingness to work together to maintain educational work among the population.
