In Kostanai region "Nur Otan" branch held a single day of citizens reception.

On this day Kostanay locals were consulted, and aquainted real help. Thus, Natalia Rubtsov received an offer of employment from the director of "KazMontazh" Sergei Yakushevich, chairman of the Belarusian regional ethnocultural association "Krynitsa". Zhumabike Tukeeva and Tatyana Popova, appealed to party members for help in purchasing school supplies for their children and grandchildren and found understanding of the head of secretariat of the Regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Gulvira Kudaykulovoy. As part of the campaign "Road to school" was provided sponsorship for the purchase of stationery and school uniforms.

- Public reception operates in all regions since 2005. In fact it has become the most accessible means in solving legal, housing and living problems of our people, - said the head of the public department of the regional "Nur Otan" branch - Bakhytgul Zholdybaeva. - During the first half of the year public reception in whole region received 3449 applications from citizens, 583 were solved positively. Among the main applied categories were pensioners and disabled, unemployed, poor and large families. Most Kostanay locals were concerned with the issues of social security, allocation of housing and land, health and education, as well as the conflicts with employers.

- The fact that people are coming to the public reception shows the confidence of ordinary citizens in "Nur Otan". In turn, we are happy to help those who need support, advise, and give the right direction to solve the problem - said Gulvira Kudaykulova.
