The event directed on creation of a dialogue platform for youth of Almaty with participation of "Zhangyru zholy" RYM and youth wings of ethno-cultural associations has passed in Friendship House of Almaty.

Within the framework of the Year of Youth the competition "ZHASTAR INVEST" was announced: till May 24 it was necessary to submit an application with an interesting startup project in different directions: high technologies, scientific developments, marketing, environmental management and ecology, management and education. A total of 30 applications with projects were submitted.

After the qualifying round, 12 projects were presented. Members of the jury, which included major entrepreneurs and investors of the city, selected the best projects for further sponsorship and implementation.

First place was won by Ruslan Tadjibayev ("Introduction and Development of Cloud Technology in RK"), second place was taken by Ulzhan Yelmuratova (Development of fine motor skills for children with disabilities through art classes), Liliya Zaitova (Jobs Education), third place was won by Beksultan Berduash (Flash Medi) and Nurgali Zhanibek (Age of business), Miras Zakaryanov (KO'Z).

Other participants who presented their startup projects were awarded with letters of gratitude from the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in Almaty and memorable gifts.
