On August 28, 2017, the regional forum "Aybary asak-Ata za!" Was held, dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized by the "House of Friendship - the Center for Public Accord".

The purpose of the event is to foster post-itotism among the youth, call for peace and harmony, respect for the Constitution, ensuring the continuity of generations in strengthening interethnic harmony.

The deputy chairman of the regional ANC, the head of the secretariat G.Tursynbai, was participated by the activists of ethnocultural centers, members of the intelligentsia, servicemen, the Ұlaғat elders council, the Birlik Youth Association, the Parasat club and leading journalists and experts in the regional ANC.

The Constitution of the Independent Country, which corresponds to the steppe law, was the foundation of our peace and unity, the basis of our wealth, beginning with the era of Kasim-khan, the path of Yesim Khan. This year, 22 years have passed since the adoption of the Constitution, whose goal is to preserve political stability and inner peace.
