In 2013, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev, a new holiday - Family Day appeared. Its goal is to focus on the promotion of family values ​​and a positive image of the family. The spiritual and cultural future of society directly depends on the well-being of families, because it is in the family that spiritual and cultural values ​​are inculcated, as well as the personality, and subsequently the moral principles. It is the family that is the main element of the state, which keeps history, traditions and develops love for its country.

In connection with this, the "Russian Community of the Akmola Region" has held the third year of the holiday "Bakitti shahirak astinda!", Whose main goal is to preserve the continuity of generations, to promote the family as a social institution, to strengthen family ties based on the community of interests and hobbies, support and the development of family traditions.

On September 9, in the Palace of Public Accord of the KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" in the morning there was a lot of people: elegant families with children and grandchildren gather in the assembly hall, flower bouquets rustle with a wrapper, music sounds.

At the beginning, Viktor Nefyodov, head of the Center for Science and Culture in Astana, congratulated the audience:

- At us in Russia the holiday of a family is celebrated on July, 8th and is called «Day of a family, love and fidelity». This is the date of the memory of the holy wonderworkers, faithful and reverend spouses Peter and Fevronia (Murom princes), who are an example of immense marital love and patrons of family happiness. Thanks to the support of the Russian community of Akmola region, for the third year we have been awarding medals "For love and loyalty" in the city of Kokshetau.

Chairman of NGO "Russian community of Akmola region" Alexander Artemenko in his speech noted that family and family values ​​are the most important foundation on which the life of any person is built, and respect, loyalty and love are components of a happy and happy family. Father Constantine, a priest of the Archangel Michael Church in Kokshetau, noted that a family always occupies a special place in the Kazakh society, it was and remains the link between different generations, the guardian of the moral and cultural traditions of the nation.

Under the loud applause of all the participants of the event thanks to the letter of Akmola Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and the medal "For Love and Faithfulness" of the organizing committee for the "Family Day, Love and Faithfulness in the Russian Federation", worthy families of various ethnic groups whose marital record exceeded 40 years were awarded: Tereshchuk , Starkov, Matyenok, Akhmetov, Yurko, Korigov, Rumyantsev, Saraykin, Mikhailenko. These people could carry their love through the decades, growing up not only children, but now they are already perfectly involved in the education of grandchildren.

The solemn moment embodying the succession of generations was the appearance on the stage of the newlyweds - Pavel Kulchitsky and Eugenia Shamaeva, who tied themselves up in marriage on the eve of a wonderful and bright holiday - a family day!

Chairman of the Council of Mothers at the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Zere Kiikova held the rite "Shashu", and from the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan a young couple received a memorable gift.
