In the frame of celebration of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the House of Friendship a regional debate tournament for the Cup of the North Kazakhstan regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the Constitution Day took place.

"To prohibit or to allow companies use of photos and videos depicting their disabled patients" - this is one of the three themes of debate tournament. Twelve teams will take to the debate, defending their point of view.

Rustam Zhantasov, participant of a debate tournament says:

- Today I play with Magzhan, it also represents Debate Association of Petropavlovsk. We have been the winners of regional, city significance debates. I think that the tournament will be held at a high level, because here are gathered very strong teams, I wish them all good luck.

There are three tours, 15 minutes to prepare for each. Speaking time - 7 minutes. Then reveal the finalists. Today it is a job of Maksat Uatbaev, chief referee of the tournament, who came specially from Astana. He is a member of the capital's debate club "Parasat". The participants will be evaluated on the standards of strongest of proof, the purity of speech and ethics.

- The main objective of the debate tournament - to develop debate movement in Petropavlovsk and promotion of young people in three directions. They are knowledge of the concept of "Mangilik el" knowledge of the issues of ecology and charity.

1st place - team "Panther Clients" (Petropavlovsk)

2nd place - the team "Nezhdanchiki" (Petropavlovsk and Kokshetau)

3 place - "Warriors" (Petropavlovsk)

Best Speaker - Kulmagambetov Beksultan (Petropavlovsk)

The winners received trophies, certificates and prizes, as well as new experiences and useful communication in debate activities.
