ATYRAU - the United Day of Coordination of Cooperation between the Councils of Public Consent of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (APK) and the Public Councils took place.

In particular, the participants discussed the draft law "On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the RK on the activity of Public Councils". Chairman of Atyrau Council of Public Consent Murat Uteshov spoke in detail about the draft law regulating the activity of the Council.

The Public Council should be independent, as it closely monitors the situation in society. They also submitted their proposals to the draft law.

Next, the members of the Council of Public Consent and the Public Consent held a public reception for citizens. Employees of the city housing and communal services, the regional branch of ‘Zhilstroisberbank JSC and legal representatives conducted explanatory work for citizens on issues of interest.

In particular, three residents of the city, including one queue with 3 disability groups, have had the issue of housing provision open for more than seven years. And Antonina Chukhalenok raised the issue of consulting the bank's employees on her deposits.

At the end of the reception, members of Council of Public Consent of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Atyrau region told about the comprehensive support to families with children with disabilities.

More than 50 people have made an appointment for the consultation in the regional, city and district branches.
