September 30, 2016 at 15.00 in Astana in the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan (st. Dostyk, 11) was held an extended meeting of the Assembly of Kazakhstan Mediation Center on the prevention and resolution of conflicts.

The meeting was attended by deputies of the Majilis, representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads of offices of mediation Friendship Houses, professional and social mediators, members of the APK, the Council of Public Assembly approval.

The moderator of the meeting, the Vice-President - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan - Tugzhanov E.L., reporters: Abdіrayym B.J. - Majilis deputy, Suleimenov W.A. - judge of the Supreme Court, Raisova B.A. - a member of the Supreme Judicial RK Council, Erimbetov N.K. - Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the corporate fund "social partnership Center" at the JSC "National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna", Savitskaya T.I. - a psychologist, a lawyer, a professional mediator, trainer on mediation and psychology.

The meeting addressed the basic mechanisms of interaction between the APK mediation offices with the central and local governments as well as civil institutions; the role of mediation in the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, opportunities and prospects for cooperation between the judiciary mediation offices of the APK; worked out concrete proposals and recommendations on the development of mediation APK Center.

September 29-30, for the participants of the meeting were organized training seminars, lectures, discussions, "round tables", coaching, online conferences with international experts in the field of mediation, the presentation of the mediation offices in the Houses of Friendship (program attached) .

Events were held in the framework of the new directions of activity of the APK, the Memorandum signed between the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
