The lecture "Peculiarities of mediation" was held at KSU «Kogamdyk kelesim». The curriculum in which framework this lectures are held, started on 15 September and will continue until December 22th of this year. It is important to note that the mediation lectures are actively involved leaders of youth non-governmental organizations and teachers.

According to the head of the Mediation Center at KSU «Kogamdyk kelesim» Pavlodar oblast akim Nikolashina O.L., this event is aimed at training professional and non-professional mediators. The curriculum is implemented in the execution of a 7-point action plan for the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

Judge of the Pavlodar city court Yusupova G.H. shared the method of judicial mediation. Mediation Coach, Director of the method of judicial mediation NGO "National Chamber of Mediators" Kaidarova S.T. familiarized guests with features of mediation.

"Mediation - is one way to resolve the dispute, the conflict - said mediation coach Kaidarova S.T. - Our citizens have the opportunity to go to court, appointed by the judge who makes the decision, and this completes the procedure. On the process of mediation the mediator does not make a decision. Mediator creates an environment in which the parties find it convenient option out of the situation", - added Saltanat Toletaevna. She also noted the positive world practice of the institution, which shows that 93 per cent applied for mediation service, will never go to court.

Upon completion of the training program all the participants will be awarded certificates.
