In the city akimat of the city of Astana a round table was held on the topic "General rejection of corruption - a pledge of unity and stability." The organizers of this meeting were the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs. The meeting was held online and all regions of our country watched it. Among them there were leaders and activists of ethnocultural associations of Zhambyskaya oblast, youth league "Ak Zhelken", employees of KSU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" and regional anti-corruption agency.

Opening the round table, Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Alik Shpekbayev stressed that before punishing the perpetrator, it is necessary to develop intolerance to this problem among all the people of Kazakhstan. And for this, every citizen should contribute, by eliminating this problem from himself and his family.

Further, the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Head of the Secretariat of the ANC of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Darkhan Mynbay, addressed the participants with welcoming addresses. In his speech, he noted that corruption is an obstacle on the way to developed Kazakhstan: "Corruption negatively affects the investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan. In addition, this problem hinders the socio-economic development of our state and threatens national security. That is why, from the moment of Independence reception in Kazakhstan, projects on effective counteraction of corruption, corresponding to the world standards, are gradually implemented. For example, our country was one of the first in the CIS to adopt the Anti-Corruption Law. "

Majilis deputy Sauytbek Abdrakhmanov and vice-rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aigul Kosherbayev delivered speeches during the round table. And at the end of the meeting, between the representatives of the ethnocultural associations of the Zhambyl region who observed the speeches at the round table, a constructive dialogue was held on all the issues outlined in the program.
