Within the framework of the action "Tarihka tagzym" devoted to the Remembrance Day of Political Repressions and Famine Victims, the round table of the club of leading journalists and experts at regional assembly of the people of Kazakhstan took place in the Friendship House.

With the report on a role of mass-media in the organization and carrying out on May 31 - Remembrance Day of Political Repressions and Famine Victims, the editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper "Ogni Alatau" Atsalim Idigov has acted.

Meanwhile, the chief specialist of the regional APK Abulkhair Oralov acquainted those present with the position of the regional competition of ethno-journalism "Shanyrak - 2019".

At the end of the round table, the heads of print media, where the largest number of materials on the topic of strengthening interethnic and social accord were published, were awarded gratitude letters from the regional APK.
