On the eve of the International Day of Older Persons, young people from Aktau are holding an event on the topic "Karttarim - asil kazinam".

On September 28, the youth organization "Zhas kanat" of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Mangistau region together with the KGU "Kogamdy kelisim" visited the old people's home, and the youth wing "Zhas Otan" of the Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering Sh.Esenova paid special attention to elderly people at home, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and disabled people.

Celebrating the Day of the Elderly is a very important event for the youth. It helps to understand that older people are very dear to all of us, and we appreciate them for what they did for the younger generation, and for what they are doing for us now.

The purpose of this event was primarily to show concern for the older generation, pay attention to grandparents, foster respect for older people, and simply please the elderly.

In honor of the feast, the Kanatovites prepared a concert in which songs, dances by the creative staff of ethnocultural associations were performed, and also organized a buffet table, while the zhats of the Otanovs visited houses of elderly people to help around the house.

Thus, the young people wanted to give pleasure, a good mood, support and thank the elderly.
