In the North-Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev under the auspices of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of explanation patriotic act "Mangilik El", promoting the manifesto "World. XXI Century", voiced by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev at the VI of the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, was held a lecture for students.

The moderator of the event was the head of the KSU «Kogamdyk kelesim» Northern Kazakhstan regional Akimat Asemgul Eskozha

The lecture was opened by the head of the North-Kazakhstan Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Nail Salimov. In his speech, he urged young people to be active, to cultivate the moral feelings of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During lectures representatives of ethno-cultural associations of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan North Kazakhstan region Rashbil Yevdayev, Rashid Nadirov, and Victor Saiko told about the activities of ethnic cultural centers and wished the students happy learning. Chief Prosecutor's Office Arman Taev made his presentation.

At the end of event Asemgul Eskozha in the form of an open dialogue, held a lecture-discussion with students on the theme "Kazakhstan self-identity - the moral aspect of modern Kazakhstanis".

After the lecture, students shared their opinions, thus expressed their civil position.
