The campfire meeting “Dreams under the stars” with the participation of Altai Kulginov, Akim of West Kazakhstan region was held as part of the International Youth Camp “BIRLIK-UNITY.KZ” in the tourist complex "Eurasia" in Uralsk City, West Kazakhstan region.

Natalia Dzhumadildaeva, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Natalya Kalashnikova, head of «KOGAMDYK KELISIM» RSI under the President of Kazakhstan and Altay Kulginov Akim of West-Kazakhstan region, picked up torches and together with young people built a fire. Then the guests of honor came with a welcome speech and encouraged young peoples’ desire to come together and be one force in the promotion of peace and harmony, thanked the participants of the camp for the desire to be a team. When the host announced the Akim of the region, as the youngest head of the region in the country, the youth cheered together, thereby rendering support for Akim of WKR.

Talks under the night sky continued with questions from young participants of the camp. Young people asked questions, significant for themselves, spoke about the future of Kazakhstan. A guest from the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation said that in the years 1941 -1945, during the Battle of Stalingrad so many soldiers from Kazakhstan died heroes’ deaths. "They were as young as we are today", - said the guest and offered to erect a monument to the heroes of Stalingrad in Uralsk. Guest from Kyrgyzstan presented Akim a souvenir - a national musical instrument, and asked about the possibility of an exchange program for students of Uralsk and Kyrgyzstan.
