December 23, 2015 the House of Friendship in Almaty RSI "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" under the President of RK, together with the Secretariat of APK of Almaty and municipal government agency "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" of the city of Almaty held presentation of mediation office.

At the ceremony invited Ni L.A. - Deputy Chairman of the APK, Abdalieva M.A. - Head of the Secretariat of APK of Almaty, representatives of the republican and Almaty city ethnocultural associations, leaders and officials of the NGO "International Human Rights Center", Center for Mediation and Peacemaking "Altenativa" and institution "Community Project", as well as media representatives. 

Each participant received press releases, Law "On Mediation", in the office for mediation organized the exhibition of books, made posters that reveal the main points of mediation. There were organized slide show about the regulatory framework, the materials on the content, approaches and ways of mediation. Then performed the national ceremony shashu.

The ceremony was opened by the presentation of the head of the national security activities of the House of Friendship in Almaty Dukenova G.O.
