On behalf of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev, the President of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, was given a word on the twentieth session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in North Kazakhstan region establishing social consensus under the auspices of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

Public consent of the Council was established in all districts of the region. This year it was opened in the enterprise LLP "Kyzylzhar Su". To date, the region has 48 councils.

The task of the Councils is to strengthen public consent stability, civil peace, social cohesion and national unity as the main conditions for the implementation of governmental reforms.

The meeting was opened by Nail Salimov, head of the secretariat of the North Kazakhstan people's Assembly of Kazakhstan. The theme of the speech was the manifest "The World in XXI Century", - "Save the world for future generations."

In 2015, the Council addressed the issues on the state of the roads inside the village. At the initiative of the Council was held a fund-raising. In the current year roads repair will total 10 million tenge.
