Recently, problems of reconciliment procedures received considerable attention. Kazakhstan introduced a law "On Mediation" August 5, 2011. By the time the law came into effect, and to date, considerable work to information about "On Mediation" the law has become the most accessible to a broad audience. As part of the state social order public, "Legal Support Center Foundation Alas”, with the support of the KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of Mangistau region held a seminar at the House of Friendship. The seminar was attended by a representative of ECO, under the leadership of Guljan Maksutovna Ismurzina, head of the secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

Mediation (mediation) as a technology for resolving differences and conflicts in different versions and is used informally and formally in virtually all areas of human relations, including in the educational sphere.

In this connection, for the revitalization of the work to solve problems in the field of social harmony and unity within the state social order KSU «Kogamdyk kelesim» of akim of Mangistau oblast, public fund, "Legal Support Centre Alas”, launched the project "Formation and development mediation with the APK"

Within the project the following activities are provided: a presentation of the beginning of the project, the organization of work content, work telephone hotline, the resolution of disputes and conflicts, reducing social tensions through mediation on appeals procedures, informing the population of Mangistau region on mediation, workshops and training sessions for mediators, a round table on the topic "School mediation".

Participants also discussed ways of cooperation of the organizers of the seminar and all state agencies on the development of mediation in the region, including in the mediation office at APK branch. Also, the development of school mediation offered. You also need to regularly train nonprofessional mediators, as well as professional mediators must undergo refresher courses. Participants noted the need to consult every citizen of the Mediation Institute, the development of mediation in the field.
