In Aktobe on October 13 in the building of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan there was a concert dedicated to the Day of Spiritual Consent, organized by the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and the Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region.

25 years ago, on October 18, 1992, the First World Congress of Spiritual Harmony was held in Almaty under the auspices of the President of RK N.A. Nazarbayev. In the adopted manifesto, the participants of the congress called to declare October 18 as the Day of Spiritual Harmony. Since that day in Kazakhstan, this day is celebrated as a national holiday.

The purpose of the event: the education of Kazakhstan's patriotism through the consolidation of ethnic groups in Kazakhstan, civil and spiritual and cultural community, the formation of respectful attitude to the historical and cultural traditions of all peoples, to their way of life, ethnic and psychological characteristics; the harmonious development of interethnic relations, the promotion of peace and friendship among nations.

Akim of the city I.Ispanov congratulated all those present on the spiritual holiday.

Representatives of ethnocultural associations, regional mosques and churches, members of the mother and aksakal councils of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the region, representatives of the Association of Business Women were invited to the event.

Guests of the event the main imam of the central mosque Amantai Abidalayevich Sadiev and the hieromonks of the Russian Orthodox Church, Vonifatiy Voloshchuk, made a congratulatory speech.

- We are one people, one country, we all have the same Motherland, - noted the main imam of the central mosque, A.A. Sadiev, in his speech. - I perceive this day, when we are given a direction in the correct religious channel, and I am flattered that we were one of the first to celebrate such a holiday. Today our country shows an example to other states how to live in inter-confessional harmony and understanding.
