The first session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in Shymkent was held under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Gabidulla Abdrakhimov.

The Mayor of Shymkent Gabidulla Abdrakhimov addressed the audience with a welcoming speech and congratulated them on the opening of the first session of the Assembly, noting the important role of the organization in society.

- Shymkent, where more than a million people live, today is one of the largest cities of the country, where representatives of more than a hundred ethnic minorities live. This is a great power, a large-scale potential," said Mayor of the city.

In turn, the honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, lawyer Beket Turgarayev noted the importance of preserving the internal peace of the country. And the citizen of the Republic of Afghanistan Azizi Abduvakheed, who is currently studying at the University of Peoples' Friendship, noted that the happiness of the people of Kazakhstan is in an independent, peaceful, calm life and political stability of the country.

- My childhood passed between fire and bullet. It is no secret that thousands of Afghan citizens, like me, dream of a peaceful sky in Afghanistan. You have peace and tranquility in Kazakhstan. All the necessary conditions have been created for every person. I want my country to thrive like Kazakhstan," he said in his speech.

Daniyar Sasykov, a member of the Uighur ethno-cultural association, who studied in the USA, today heads the marketing department of the company "Evrika". He noted that there is no more comfortable place to live and work for him than Kazakhstan and he connects his ambitious dreams with the prosperous future of the Kazakh people.

Arzu Gurbanova, Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan's ethno-cultural association, thanked all the people of Kazakhstan for their support in a difficult period in which her ancestors were supported by the Kazakh people and noted in her speech the importance of uniting around the Kazakh language and traditions.

After that, transpantologist Rakhimzhan Umbetzhanov, student of M. Auyezov South Kazakhstan State University, talented inventor Yerasyl Anarkhanovich, young entrepreneur Daniyar Mamirkhanov said that their achievements are the result of wise state policy in the field of social accord and national unity.

Summing up the results of the session Gabidulla Abdrakhimov gave specific instructions to the relevant government agencies to systematize the work in the field of mediation, to prepare a comprehensive plan of activities for the 25th anniversary of the Assembly and the year of the cultural capital of the CIS in Shymkent, information promotion of the work carried out in the framework of public policy in the field of public consent, implementation of the scientific and educational project "Qazaqtanu", strengthening of public control measures in conjunction with the branch of the party "Nur Otan".
