SEMEY - As part of By First President’s Way republican campaign, the chairman of the Chechen-Ingush cultural centre Vainakh of Semey Friendship House, Sultan Kartoyev, spoke to students of the Turgenev Oryol State University.

In the speech he emphasized the importance of the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev on closing the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site.

Sultan Umarovich told about realization in Kazakhstan of the international project "Atom", and also about the content of the "Manifesto "World XXI century" by Elbasy. In fact, it is an algorithm for ending conflicts and eliminating nuclear weapons to the 100th anniversary of the UN in 2045. The participants of the meeting highly appreciated the contribution of the sovereign Kazakhstan in strengthening peace, they called the Presidential Decree on the closure of the polygon a historical point of reference of the planetary scale.

Within the framework of the visit to the Oryol region of the Russian Federation S. Kartoyev was awarded the title "Honorary Professor of Turgenev Orlov State University".
