June 21, 2015 Slavic culture society, the center of social consensus “Friendship House” took part in the national festival dedicated to the day of summer solstice. Slavic culture society annually holds festival from 2011. Public association "Cascade" and other youth organizations also took part in this holiday. Holiday was held at town beach and rest area on the island near Oktyabrskii village of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. All participants took part in dances, engaged in variety of handicrafts, watched ethnographic performances of different musical groups and performance of association "Cascade". At 7:00 p.m. creative collectives "Pryalitsa", "Bastenki", "Svitoch", "Perezvon", "Svetlyi put’", "Trimutri" showed representation of ancient Slavic characters. Traditional ignition of bonfire at the end of holiday, participants danced around bonfire and  jumped over the fire.
