color:#333333">The action "Taykazan" - preparation of a large national food in the world  is an extension of the relay "20 good deeds of APK". "Taykazan" is a symbol of unity and hospitality of our people, the personification of well-being and unity of the people of Kazakhstan.

color:#333333">The event was attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Yeraly Tugzhanov, deputies of Mazhilis, members of the APK, the Presidium of the Public Association "Kazakh Geographic Society", the Chefs Association of Kazakhstan, ethnic and cultural associations, public figures, leaders of youth organizations , representatives of Guinness World Records, the media, citizens and guests of the capital.

color:#333333">During the event, from 04:00 a.m. in the morning in the open air 40 chefs started to work on the traditional Kazakh recipe for “visitors and residents of Astana”, They prepared more than 700 kg. national dish " Kazakh meat". In preparation for the main national dishes of the country used more than 700 kg. horse meat, 300 kg. flour, 250 eggs and 14 bags of onions. According to the traditional recipe dough was hand made. After cooking the main dish has been put  into "Taykazan", which was specially made for this large-scale action. Next "Taykazan" was installed on the weigher and supervisor headquarters of Guinness World Records of London - Subasi Gemici Seyda recorded a world record. It was 736,5kg. and entered into the Guinness Book of Records as "The largest national dishes of the country."
