Youth Organization "Zhas Kanat" in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a tour of the famous sights of the Mangistau region.

The first point was Sherkala. Sherkala is considered as one of the Mangystau shrines. The second stop was at the tract Akmish, further - in the new tourist etnoaul, located in the “Kogez" area of Mangistau region.

The last stop was at the historical and cultural complex "Otpan Tau". In Mangistau region, many people honors the memory of ancestors and are respectful to the heritage that our ancestors left. Near to "Otpan Tau" desire tree is located, and the wolf figure - a symbol of strength and freedom of spirit.

The tour was accompanied by interesting stories about the history of the region, its rich cultural heritage and, of course, about the diversity of flora and fauna. Young activists with great interest got acquainted with the sights and listen to the story carefully.

Such events bring up the younger generation of patriotism for the motherland, creates a sense of belonging to their native land's history.
