A major role in the development of independent Kazakhstan has played the work of all Kazakhstani people, many of whom today are pensioners and veterans of their fields, including veterans of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to draw public attention to the role of labor veterans in the formation of independent Kazakhstan, promoting by example the beneficial effects of a healthy lifestyle, the veterans want to attract the younger generation of Kazakhstan to the regular physical education and sports.
