During the month in Akmola region within the framework of the republican campaign "Ak oramal" were held 56 events, amounting 5,500 participants. The charity assistance in the amount of 163 thousand tenge was conducted.

In Kokshetau city women procession in white headscarves, as in many other towns in the region started the "Ak oramal" campaign on August 29, 2016. The purpose of the event was to show desire for peace and to fight for happiness of the children. In total more than 500 women gathered in Tauelsizdik area.

Rally in support for the peace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and N.A. Nazarbayev initiatives began with a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the nuclear tests. Head of the Secretariat of Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan – Dzhakupova Maral Kazhikenovna read out an appeal of the Council of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan mothers. Speakers spoke on the fact that the Manifest of Nursultan Nazarbayev "Peace. XXI Century ", is a hope for a security on earth. An honorary citizen and a poet of the Kokshetau city Aytzhanova Shamshi Gabdulhaevna read the manifest, which reflected the concern and responsibility of all mothers for the future of the country and children.

"We have a willingness to take every effort for the sake of our common goal to support peace and prosperity in Kazakhstan", said a member of the Akmola region Mothers Council, Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, coordinator of public association of Akmola region Poles, Sukhovetskaya Ludmila and activist of the public association "Armenian cultural center" Bari" Toroyan Astghik Dumanovna. The faces of women were brightened, when children came to the scene and read poems about the motherland, Elbasy and peace. White balloons flew to the sky symbolizing dreams and pure thoughts of people gathered.

Participants of the meeting considered as a duty to lay flowers to the monuments of heroes of Great Patriotic War, soldiers-internationalists, and liquidators of the Chernobyl accident.

For the participants of the republican action "Ak oramal" cultural events were organized in various formats, like: demonstration of a documentary about the closure of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, museum tours, book exhibitions and information stands.

This day Mothers Council of Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and mothers-heroines handed white scarfs to young mothers in the regional perinatal center and district hospitals.

With the best wishes of happiness and peace young ocuples who registered marriage on the eve of the event were presented white scarves.

Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan expressed gratitude to all participants of the republican campaign "Ak oramal" for active life position and the responsibility for the future of Kazakhstan!
