As part of the project for the extensive coverage of the activities of the Republican methodical study on mediation RSE "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Council of the public agreement with the Secretariat of the ANC in Almaty city, together with Concord Education Center on September 5, 2016 held a seminar in the group of companies "IBS Group".

The seminar was attended by the management, lawyers, HR specialists and Production Managers.

The main objective of the seminar was to acquaint the participants with the work of the conciliatory commission and the use of mediation and negotiation techniques. In his opening speech, the leading expert of the RSE "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" Altekova N.A. acquainted the participants on the public consent of the Council and Republican methodical mediation study.

During the seminar Urozbaeva G.A. provided detailed information about the process of formation and functioning of the conciliation commission.

In their feedback, participants noted that they had received a lot of useful information on the innovation of the Labour Code and mediation tools in resolution of labor disputes.
