Graduated in 1996 from the faculty of international economic relations of the University "Kainar", Almaty.

1997-1999 - Specialist of the currency department of JSC Kazkommertsbank, Almaty.
1999-2008 - Manager at the “Costa-Chica” travel agency in Costa-Chica city, Argentina.
Since 2016 - Director of the Department of Foreign Languages at the Institute "Plank", Rosario city, Argentina;
Has opened the Kazakhstan cultural center in Rosario.
Awarded with the anniversary medal "25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
She speaks Russian, Spanish and English.
She is married and has a son.

Dear Nursultan Abishevich!
Your Excellency, the President of Kazakhstan!
I am, Irina Vagner, from Almaty, but I have been living in the Argentine city of Rosario for 17 years, where I created a family, work, and made many new friends.
In your article you noted that patriotism begins with love for your small homeland.
And I never lost contact with my native Kazakhstan!
Friends from Kazakhstan call me "argyntinka" for a joke!
I very closely took to heart your words about the attitude to your native land, to culture, customs and traditions, as the most important part of patriotism.
I can assure you that Kazakhstanis abroad have a burning desire to support their Motherland.
In 2014, I and my husband, Gustavo Gutierrez, who also sits in this room, opened the Kazakhstan Cultural Center.
And in the year of the 25th anniversary of Independence, we completed the construction of the Center building.
And today every Kazakh has his own house in the far Argentinian Rosario.
Last year we met bloggers who accompanied the expedition of the Kazakh Geographic Society "Pole of Independence".
Then they on Independence Day congratulated Kazakhstan from the highest point of Antarctica - peak Vinson, and this is almost five thousand meters!
But most importantly, on the 16-th of December, 2016, in honor of Independence Day of Kazakhstan, the National Flag of Kazakhstan was solemnly raised at the historic monument for Argentina, at the National Flag Memorial of Argentina.
Now this ceremony will take place annually.

Personally, I want - our Kazakhstan and its culture to be known throughout Argentina. We make presentations, exhibitions, hold days of Kazakhstan culture, participate in international humanitarian projects, exhibitions.

And further! I am both hands "FOR!" your instruction to translate the literature of modern Kazakhstan into world languages. We really need books about Kazakhstan in Spanish.
