Speech:

Dear Nursultan Abishevich!

Dear participants of the session!

Let me congratulate you with the 25-th anniversary session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

During this time, the words of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan became synonymous with such words as friendship, trust, peace, unity and a symbol of aspiration for the future.

Not by chance, that the main issue on the agenda of both Kazakhstan and the Assembly was the modernization of public consciousness.

In your speech, you stressed that the Assembly must take an active part in its implementation.

I want to assure you - we will work with dignity and efficiency.

Modernization of the present is a multidimensional space and time.

And the spiritual renewal of Kazakhstan is a national code multiplied by knowledge, traditions and innovations.

Therefore, your program "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness" is a global strategy for the spiritual flourishing of the nation of the 21st century.

Turning to history, I recall the different countries of the world - Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, where there were ideas that combined traditions and progress that changed these countries.

The world is ruled by ideas. And your article opens just such new life-meaning and horizons of development.

In it, not only new vocabulary and philosophical paradigm, but also a solid project part - the nation received a Plan of Practical Action.

100 new textbooks, Land of Birth, 100 new persons of Kazakhstan, Sacred Geography of Kazakhstan and other large-scale projects will raise the level of self-consciousness to a new level, form the modern spiritual framework of the Nation.

Nursultan Abishevich!

One day, you said that those who read books will be managed by those who are sitting on the Internet.

We want our younger generation not to be children of iPhones and social networks, but children of books and ideas, as befits a smart and intellectual nation.

And all this can be done only thanks to social sciences: philosophy, history, political science, philology, sociology, culturology.

We, all humanities of the country, are grateful to you!

You have raised the authority of the humanitarian departments, saying that the future of Kazakhstan is being created in classrooms.

Today Scientific and expert groups of the Assembly are working in all regions of Kazakhstan; the ANC departments are opened in 20 universities of the country. This is a powerful intellectual resource for the modernization of public consciousness.

Dear Nursultan Abishevich!

In Kazakhstan, a new generation is growing today - these are not just young people, it is the first urbanized generation of independent Kazakhstan with new values and a new mental paradigm.

We are experiencing a powerful demographic growth since the beginning of the 21st century. Demographers say that a "youth window" has appeared.

It is this generation that will determine the trajectory of the nation's development in the coming decades.

Therefore, we need a Republican research institute for socio-demographic development.

To do this, Kazakhstan has its own personnel. In the framework of the “Future” program, 24 Masters and 10 Doctors of Sciences have already been trained in the field of Demography.

Nursultan Abishevich!

You know how people know how fast time and people are changing.

And I want to finish the speech with your words:

To change the world, you need to be able to change yourself.

Thank you!
