PUBLIC COMMITEE ON “PEOPLE'S IPO” PROGRAMME
About the committee
Republican Public Committee on "People's IPO" Programme of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Committee) is an Advisory body established by the Public Fund "Fund of assemblies of people of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter-the Fund) in accordance with paragraphs 2.2 and 3.1 of the Charter of the Fund, acting on the basis of the certificate of state registration number 33105-1910 – f-d, issued 12.02.2009.
Republican Public Committee on "People's IPO" Programme of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan acts on the basis of the principles of voluntariness, equality of all its participants, legality and transparency. Information on the activities of the Committee is publicly available.
Committee is established to carry out independent public control over the implementation of the national programme "People's IPO" and operates within its competence in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Charter of the Fund and Regulations of the Committee.
Quantitative and personal composition of the Committee is approved at the meeting of the Committee and then attached to the Regulations of the Republican Public Committee on the programme "People's IPO" of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.
The Committee may have regional and territorial structural units or hold retreat meetings.
The composition and structure of the regional units of the Committee shall be determined by the Chairman of the Committee.
The working body of the Republican public Commission on the program "people's IPO" of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan is the Public Fund "Fund of assemblies of people of Kazakhstan".
Main tasks
To achieve its goals, Republican Public Committee on the programme "People's IPO" of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan solves the following main tasks:
1. Creation of a dialogue platform to discuss problematic issues and develop recommendations arising during the implementation of "People's IPO" programme;
2. Organization of monitoring and analysis of appeals of citizens and shareholders arising in the course of the project;
3. Providing the Committee with control and interaction in terms of settlement of complaints and claims from the population to the organizers of the program in order to ensure openness and accessibility for the citizens of Kazakhstan;
4. Organization of work of the online public reception on the programme “People's IPO”;
5. Consultations for shareholders, creation of public reception.
