He was born on the 15-th of December, 1963, in the town of Kitab of the Uzbek SSR.
He graduated the Klaipeda Higher Naval School with a degree in engineering and shipbuilding.
In 1987-1991, worked in the repair-swing team of the Klaipeda Trawling Fleet.
In February 1992, at the invitation of the “Tengizoilsystem” trust, he was appointed chief engineer for the plant of concrete products of the “Industrial Production Administration”.
In July 1995 he was appointed to the post of director of the plant of concrete products. In October 1997, he was appointed director of “Tengizoilsystem” JSC.
Since 1999 through 2011, worked as the general director of the construction company LLP "Tengizoilsystem".
Since April 2006 until now, he is the head of the peasant farm "AtyrauAgroProducts" in the Makhambet district of the Atyrau region, as well as the main founder of the agricultural enterprise LLP "SuyundukSheepstatefarm ", JSC "ZhaskayratSheepstatefarm".

I am a seaman by profession, an engineer-shipbuilder, by profession - a construction oilman.
For nine years he sailed the oceans, mastered the Tengiz field, and directed the trust.
And 17 years ago the land called me.
I'm a peasant son! For me this is the native element.
I have German-Polish blood on my father's line, along the line of my mother - Uzbek-Kazakh.
I am often asked why I did not leave, they say, lived and studied in Holland, the Lithuanian government offered to become a representative of the Lithuanian fleet in Europe.
And I always answer - we do not accept homeland!
I was deeply touched by your words that our ancestors for centuries preserved a unique ecologically correct way of life, habitat, and resources of the earth, very pragmatically and economically spent its resources. "Rich in land - rich people" - say Kazakhs.
For 17 years in the Atyrau steppe we have created vineyards, an apiary, a sturgeon farm, crops of melons and vegetables and several livestock farms.
In our farms we are introducing modern resource-saving technologies. For example, for irrigation of our apple orchard, where 32 varieties of apple trees grow on 150 hectares, we use the Israeli method of drip irrigation.
I believe that a rational approach is needed in everything. Only thanks to pragmatism we have achieved great success.
We adapted tribal alpine goats, and our goat milk production is in demand even abroad.
We also restored the pedigree base of sheep breeding, and our sheep Edilbaev breed reaches 140 kg!
Today, we have 4 pounds in the bare steppe with a total area of 11 hectares. In them - more than 40 thousand sturgeon.
And on 40 experimental hectares we grow cherries and peaches, pear and apricots, table grapes.
Nursultan Abishevich, when you visited our farm in 2015, I promised to grow lemons in Atyrau. I fulfilled my promise. Lemon is ready, lemon trees planted; next year will be the first harvest. We will drink tea with Atyrau lemons.

For me, your project "Native land" is not just a project; these words live in my peasant heart.
The earth is a huge labor market, for which our children see their future. Only in our multiprofile farm employs more than 800 people.
One third of them are young people.
And finally, the land for us is an ocean of possibilities.
It was the land that gave me opportunities for prosperity and growth; it was she who taught me everything.
All my children know how and love to work on earth.
