December 9, 2017 in the House of Friendship of Almaty hosted a competition for knowledge of the official language among representatives of ethno-cultural associations of the city of Almaty "Til - tatulik tiregi". The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Almaty Korean National Center, Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences Kang Georgiy Vasilievich, Director of KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim" of the apparatus of Akim of Almaty city Murunova Zhannat Sharapkhanovna, heads of ethnocultural associations, students of universities of Almaty city, representatives of mass media, youth.

Proceeding from the last message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2017, the transition to innovative development is an important task for the Kazakhstani society to date. One of the main priorities for the implementation of this task is to change the role of the education system in our state. Innovative thinking and innovative activity based on it, in turn, represent one of the strategies of adaptation to social transformations. The vector to achieve this goal is the youth of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The great importance of youth in the development of the state creates the need for such a kind of event, which will help identify current problems, create the right values and raise the cultural level of modern youth. Carrying out this event, the organizers set themselves these tasks in order to attract more youth to social activities, spreading the idea of interethnic harmony and patriotism.

At the end of the competition, the winners were awarded memorable gifts and diplomas.
