September 20, 2016 in the Round Hall of Almaty hosted festival of friendship "Kazakhstanym – Ortak Shanyragym" dedicated to the Day of languages of people of Kazakhstan in the framework of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the event to promote respect for the state language and languages of ethnic groups of Kazakhstan; enhanced knowledge of the languages of different ethnic groups; further development of cultural communication skills, activating existing knowledge among young people, the development of creative abilities of the individual.

The organizers of the service provision activities of the Republican House of Friendship in Almaty, the Secretariat of the APK, KSU «Kogamdyk kelesim» apparatus of Almaty akim.

The festival was attended by APK members of the Council, members of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, representatives of the Medeu district branch of the party "Nur Otan", chairmen and members of ethnic and cultural associations, teachers and university students, teachers and students of Sunday schools, youth ethno-cultural associations, students of secondary special educational institutions Almaty media.

During the festival were organized a book exhibition "Tilder aleminde" prepared by the APK depository specialists of the National Library, a seminar on "Til tagdyry - el tagdyry" festive, concert program, The film "How to start a Homeland".

Seminar was led by Mukatova D.M., Head of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan the Department of the Academy named after D.A.Kunaev Almaty.

Welcoming remarks were made by Pitalenko L.N., Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Osman A.A., social activist, Abdalieva M.A, Head of the Secretariat of the APK Almaty.

Presentations were made by Mirzoyev K.I., chairman of the republican public association "Association “Barbang” Kurds of Kazakhstan" Mamsurov K.V., deputy chairman of the APK Almaty, Aliev ZM, a teacher of the Turkish language Sunday school "Akhyska" Turkish Center, Danladi-Bvay Daniel James, graduate student of the Kazakh national Academy of Arts. T.Zhurgenov, speaking at the session of the APK HHІV.

Creative collectives of ethnocultural associations prepared a concert program "Anamnyn tili - Ayaulym uni".

At the end of the festival was held the ceremony of awarding letters of appreciation and valuable gifts festival participants from the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, Almaty and Medeu district branch of the party "Nur Otan".
