He was born on the 7-th of December, 1979, in the village of Kenesary in the Burabay district of the Akmola region.

Was trained on the theology of Islam in the madrasah "Umraniya" in Istanbul (Turkey). He graduated from the University of Turan, specializing in international law. Currently, now he is a master student at the University of Nur-Mubarak in Almaty.

He worked as a teacher of Islamic disciplines in the Moscow Cathedral Mosque, in the Moscow Islamic College, in the religious community "Kausar" of the South-Eastern District of Moscow (2001-2002).

In 2002-2003, Imam-hatib of the Central Mosque of Volgograd. Since 1999 till 2010 - the canonical editor of the Hanafi mazhab information portal Islam.ru and the publishing house "Ansar" (Moscow).

Since October 2011 till March 2016, was engaged in information and explanatory activities in the sphere of non-traditional religious movements in the Aktobe region.

He was awarded the jubilee medal "20 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the medal "Shapagat", as well as the regional award "The Person of the Year of the Aktobe region - 2013".

Currently, religious extremism has become the world's major diseases. Suffer the most developed countries to suffer from terrorism.

I engaged in this problem since 2011.

In “Holy Qur'an” mosquitoes and flies - as an example of bad. They pollute the environment; can cause a variety of diseases. Poison the consciousness of the extremists, and, like them, destroy the society.

You proposed a deep platform for the modernization of public consciousness.

Religion is also part of our consciousness; it reflects the innermost sides of the human soul.

In Kazakhstan, representatives of 18 faiths live in peace and harmony. Within the framework of the recent constitutional reform, the violation of interfaith consent is recognized as unlawful. This is a very timely step.

For our people, the traditions of religion have always been a source of strength in difficult times.

Hanafi Islam united the people, strengthened the national consciousness of nomads and farmers in the vast expanses of Eurasia.

Can someone now dictate to change their traditions, forget their faith? No!

Only our own national code is the core of preserving traditions. This is the key that opens the castle to our soul and heart.

We do not have the right to give this key or change it.

Nursultan Abishevich, you are absolutely right in saying that our tradition does not wear black and short clothes.

This is alien to us. We are children of the Great Steppe!

We fully support your project "Spiritual Shrines of Kazakhstan". It speaks of our own path in religion.

The great al-Farabi was one of the first to offer faith and science as two forms of knowledge of the world.

It is necessary to revive the spiritual and scientific heritage of Kazakh and Turkic-Muslim thinkers, to create a full-fledged fund of secular and theological education.

It is important to put a barrier to external theological influence.

Calls of the “ulema” of other countries, which do not correspond to our traditions, culture and spiritual values, should not have the power and act in our reality.

The Spiritual Board of Muslims of Kazakhstan could accept fetwas on this issue.

We have created all the conditions for training. The state allocates grants for the training of religious scholars, theologians and Islamologists, incl. undergraduates and doctoral students. There are "Nur Mubarak" University, 9 madrasahs, 4 of them are madrasah-colleges.

In this regard, it would be logical to stop the practice of religious education abroad.
