Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the Secretariat of Kyzylorda region, KSU "Kogamdyk kelіsіm" together with the administration of courts in Kyzylorda region on August 5, 2016 at 10:00am in the Friendship House held a "Day of Open Doors" in the framework of the republican campaign "Mediation Day."
The event was attended by judges of Kyzylorda regional court, retired judges, professional and non-professional mediators. An "Open Day" was held at the same time in all areas of the region.
Participants of the rally were introduced to the Cabinet of mediation and the Museum of Friendship House, visitors conducted a survey on mediation issues.
As a part of the open day judges, retired judges, professional and non-professional mediators conducted specific legal aid on the regulation of issues in the sphere of labor, family, marriage, family and youth relations, etc.
On the inauguration of the mediation Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of peoples of Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda region L. Tureshova spoke on main directions of the institute of mediation, highlighted the development of the institution of mediation, coordinated by the ANC as a warning mechanism to resolve social conflicts and legal, pre-trial settlement of disputes, the development of mediation institutions at the regional level, including remote settlements.
Currently, the field work of 38 professionals, 41 non-professional mediators and 302 professional mediators working on the district level.
Chairman of the specialized administrative court of Kyzylorda I. Ibrashev emphasized the advantages of mediation before the court drew attention to the fact that during the mediation must be respected 5 principles: voluntariness, equality of the parties, the independence and impartiality of the mediator, the inadmissibility of interference in the mediation procedure, confidentiality.
Professional mediator of the regional offices of the republican public association "Center for Mediation" D. Kenzhegulova stopped on the main priorities of the mediation.
An "Open Day" started at 10.00 a.m., by 3.00 a.m. the event was visited by over 100 people who have received professional legal advice.
