The capital Assembly of people of Kazakhstan continues a number of charity events. Today in the Medical Rehabilitation Centre “Zhuldyzai” in the framework of the project “Road to school” was held a holiday, official website of the capital akimat reports.

37 children from low-income and large families, orphans and left without parental care, and those undergoing rehabilitation at the centre received gifts in the form of stationery and textbooks.

— The main goal is to support low-income families, children who need help. Everyone knows that it is not cheap to prepare a child for school. We bought a variety of gifts, everything you need to study from backpacks and ending with a variety of stationery sets for our children. In addition, we have prepared textbooks of different classes, – Director of the Rehabilitation Centre Ulzhalgas Mukhambetova says.

It is noteworthy that the action “Road to school” in the centre “Zhuldyzai" is held for the third year. For fourteen-year old Dynisslam Zhurynbayev with cerebral palsy, it is not just the action, but a whole holiday. According to his mother Gulman Tankibayeva, her son loves balloons and flowers.

– My child has just learned to sit on his own today. We have been visiting the centre for 3 years, we have good results, we study at home. My son loves to draw, and we receive useful gifts within the framework of the event for years, – mother of five children G. Tankibayeva says.

Rehabilitation Centre “Zhuldyzai” successfully works since 2013. The centre has provided more than 6 thousand services with positive dynamics for 5 years of the existence. 60 children began to walk on their own for the first time.

–Unfortunately, the number of children in need of rehabilitation assistance is increasing every year. Neurologists, psychologists, occupational therapists and others work in our centers. In general, 1406 children have undergone rehabilitation for 7 months, – U. Mukhambetova said.

The traditional action is supported by the Mothers’ Council at the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan in Astana and Corporate Fund “BI – Zhuldyzai”.
