Finno-Ugric dances conquered Almaty
Finno-Ugric ethnocultural center of Pavlodar region on February 15, 2018 will celebrate its 3rd anniversary. During this period, the creation of creative teams, where the choreographic ensemble "Samruk" occupies a special place, became an important asset of the center. Why "Samruk"? Well, firstly, people say: "As a ship you will call it - so it will float." Secondly, today in our center are representatives of 9 nationalities, and if we call the ensemble in any one language, then someone can certainly be offended. And as our choreographic ensemble dances the dances of all representatives of the Finno-Ugric peoples and we all live under a single shanyrak in a large multinational family of Kazakhstan, the face of the golden-winged bird Samruk immediately fell to everyone's heart.
For incomplete three years, our Bird hovered only within the region, gained experience, worked hard to study folk dance stylistics, adorned its "plumage" (sewing suits).
And, finally had the opportunity to participate in the XVI-th republican contest of children's creativity "Ak kogershіn" 1-3 November 2017 in Almaty, where our "Samruk" was presented in the middle and older age groups in the category of "folk dance." The competition was attended by teams from Astana, Almaty, Atyrau, Mangystau, West Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions, most of which were announced in the nomination "folk dance".
The contest was opened by the President of the Children's Fund "Ak kogershin" Tamara Eskenova. She greeted all participants, presented a highly qualified jury, which included Terekhova T.V. - assistant professor of the Pedagogy of Choreography of the Kazakh National Academy named after T. Zhurgenov; Alisheva Alila Tursumbaevna - honored worker of Kazakhstan, professor of the department "Pedagogy of choreography" of the Kazakh National Academy named after T. Zhurgenov; Urazimbetov Damir Duisenovich - the director-choreographer, the master of the Almaty Choreographic School named after Seleznev. In her speech T. Eskenova said that over 12 years the competition has become a launching pad for many young talents.
We also really wanted that "Ak kogershin" gave an opportunity to look at the creativity of collectives from other regions, make friends with colleagues in the "dance shop", and most importantly, set the beginning for the successful performances of the ensemble "Samruk", becoming for him a launching pad.
Therefore, in the contest program the middle group included Mordovian and Finnish dance. Sewing costumes for the Finnish dance was completed on the day of departure to the competition, and they were worth it. A wonderful staging of the dance, the virtuoso performance of it, "packed" in stunning costumes, gave their long-awaited result - 1 place !!!
The senior group was represented by Hungarian and Khanty dance.
Complex technique of performing each dance, its emotional component and again colorful costumes - in the end very unexpected, but such a welcome - Grand prix!
Emotions and feelings, which we all experienced, can not be described in a few words. We cried, cried, laughed .... Storm of emotions. We rejoiced!
Such moments in life allow us to clearly understand, what is so great when there are like-minded people around. People who understand you with a half-word, just hotly ill for their work and giving him all the rest. Today's victory is the first result of the painstaking work of our choreographer, or rather the talented creator of those masterpieces that conquered Almaty, Zubkova Svetlana Alekseevna.
During his stay in Almaty on the basis of the House of Friendship, a working meeting was held with the chairman of the "Suomi" karelo-Finnish center Smirnov A.B., within the framework of which a number of joint events were scheduled.
Concluding my story, I would like to say about those who supported us, who wholeheartedly worried about us and wished us luck with all our heart. This is the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the Pavlodar region, KGU "Kogamdyk kelіsim", the administration of the school № 40, the karelo-Finnish center "Suomi" in Almaty. Thank you very much! Special thanks to the team atelier "Simply Maria". And infinite gratitude to parents who made great efforts to learn about their children all the dancing Kazakhstan today.
Being on the train on the way home, having gained their first successes the participants of the choreographic ensemble "Samruk" already dream of new victories in the international competition.
Let all our dreams come true!!!
Olga Nikolaoshina,
Chairman of the OO "Finno-Ugric
