As part of the celebration of the International Children's Day, on June 1, 2017, a festive event of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan "Glory to the Kazakh young men!" was held on the stage of the Central Park of Astana.

During the event, residents and guests of the capital had the opportunity to see a concert and entertainment program with the participation of children's ensembles of ethno-cultural associations of the capital: PA "Armenian Cultural Center "Van", NGO "Uzbek Ethno-Cultural Center of Astana", NGO "Ethnic and Cultural Association of Koreans of Astana" and "The Chechen-Ingush ethno-cultural center" Vainakh ".

Choreographic and vocal compositions created a dynamic pace of the festive program and caused a storm of applause. Festive costumed dances, performed by children's groups, delighted all those present. Little masters of dance and vocals presented to the audience an unforgettable holiday and a real Dance of Friendship. A large number of spectators were warmly welcomed by bright, musical and dance numbers of children.

Participants of the interactive program of children's animation with participation of characters from animated films, during which games and contests were held, came to congratulate the children on the holiday and to charge with good mood. The performance of the small participants in the games was rewarded with prizes. A bright and positive celebration was filled with sonorous children's laughter and radiant smiles.

The festive event is aimed at attracting public attention to the activities of the capital's ethno-cultural centers, strengthening inter-ethnic relations and developing creative and spiritual and moral education of the younger generation.
