A field meeting on informing the population about the specifics of the use of mediation took place in the district mayor’s office of "Saryarka" in Astana.

A field meeting on informing the population about the specifics of mediation in social and labour conflicts with the participation of heads of service organizations of multi-storey residential houses and communal enterprises of "Saryarka" district was held in mayor’s office at the initiative of "Kogamdyk kelisim" MPI of Astana.

Assel Sailaubay, head of the mediation and methodological support sector, spoke about the possibility of applying mediation procedures in various spheres of public life, where they focused on the possibility of preventing social and labour conflicts.

Mayor’s office of Saryarka District plans to open a mediation room to resolve conflict situations and disputes. Both professional mediators and public mediators from among the active residents of the city and all comers from CAO’s staff will take part in the work of the mediation room.
