It has already become annual on the eve of Independence Day the conduct of the vocal contest "My Kazakhstan!", Organized by the Russian community of Akmola region with the support of the Akmola Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan.

The objectives of the event were the identification of talented performers among young participants in the contest, the support of youth and children's creativity, the revival and development of original national cultures and languages of all ethnic groups living in the Akmola region, the promotion of interethnic harmony, the strengthening of friendship and a tolerant relationship.

The audience was warmly welcomed by the head of the secretariat of the Akmola Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, Maral Dzhakupova, and the chairman of the Russian community of Akmola region Alexander Artemenko noted that the festival has been held for 3 years, and during this time became popularly popular.

The contest program included songs in different languages of the peoples of Kazakhstan. According to the decision of the competent jury, the owner of the grand prix of steel - is the trio "Legato" from the higher Kazakh pedagogical college named after Zh. Musin, as well as the vocalists Galiyeva Maryam and Suyilemenova Yasmina.

All participants of the vocal competition dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan received diplomas and memorable gifts.
