On May 22, 2017, at 10:00 in the building of the branch office of the National Scientific Center "The rise" of the Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers in the Akmola region, a three-day zone training seminar on theme "Implementing the State Policy in the Sphere of Public Accord and National Unity in the Regions of Kazakhstan" began its work .

The training workshop was organized by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the training seminar is to increase the professional knowledge and skills of students on the technologies for implementing state policy in the sphere of public harmony and national unity and the tasks set by the Head of State in the program article "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness", as well as the results of the XXV Session of the Assembly of the People Kazakhstan.

Shaimerdenova organized the work of a creative laboratory on the theme: "A glance into the future: from dream to creation and formation of man's spiritual culture". They also held a symposium on the theme: "Framework Symposium: Epoch and Personality: From the Past to the Present through Recognition of Traditions and Succession".

During the seminar-training A.K. Sadvokasova showed the presentation of the seminar, read a report on the topic: "Modernization of the public consciousness and modernity", and also conducted a questionnaire.
