Meetings of aksakals with young specialists of JSC "West-Kazakhstan REK" and with rural youth of Terektinsky district on the made schedule have already taken place. During these meetings, two generations talked about the future of the country, based on the article of the Head of State "A glance at the future: the modernization of public consciousness.

Today's audience is the creative youth of the region, aimed at implementing the program "Ryhani zhangiry" of the Head of State, have their own point of view. As no one, these people understand that preserving their national identity, it is necessary to increase the education of the nation. Member of the Council of Elders Felix Bayukansky devoted his whole life to serving the culture and for him the thoughts of the Head of State are familiar: "In the words of Elbasy, modern Kazakhstan culture in the global world should be heard in all languages of the world, culture has no boundaries", he said. "The world should know us not only for oil and gas resources, but also for cultural achievements, and for this we need a project - "Modern Kazakhstan culture in the global world".

Kanat Urazgaliyev headed the department of culture of Akzhaik district and according to him, the intention of the Head of State to promote our modern culture in the world community is the imperative of the times and for this we have everything: and beautiful music, works of literature, paintings, works of academics, monuments of architecture, state support was only necessary and it was gratifying that the Head of State had proposed this idea and he himself had written every step towards modernization and young creative people needed to work hard to realize this project.

Aksakals noted that culture is created by people and in order to be competitive in the world one must work hard on themselves. At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged views and members of the council of elders wished good luck to creative youth.
