On the eve of the Day of the First President, the 20th session of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan "Modernization of Public Consciousness - the Path to Unity and Harmony" was inaugurated.

More than 600 people took part in its work. Opening the session, akim of the region, chairman of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Malik Murzalin noted that the far-sighted policy of the Leader of the Nation provided the creation of a modern, dynamically developing state with a socially-oriented economy and gained international recognition.

- The head of state became the author of a unique, innovative decision in the national policy - he founded the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, a civil institution for strengthening national unity.Today, many leaders and politicians of the world powers recognize that it is the Kazakhstan model of public accord that has become a unique phenomenon, the most effective model of the state structure of a polyethnic country. This year a new stage in the development of the country and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan has begun, general discussions of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "making amendments and additions to the Law "On the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", innovations revived its activity by a creative and consolidating society practice, - appealed their field of participants to the session.

The head of the region expressed his gratitude to those who stood at the origins of the creation of the Akmola Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, participated in its first session and today attend the twentieth, actively participating in strengthening the agreement and stability in society. In the composition of the regional assembly of 111 leaders of public opinion, representatives of 18 ethnic groups, 53 ethno-cultural associations, the number of which is growing every year. Almost a thousand patrons of the region participate in charitable activities, they conducted 900 events. Within the framework of the "Ruhani zhangiru" program, more than 150 projects for the amount of KZT10.5 billion are being implemented in the region. Akmola Assembly initiated a charity project "Kaiyirimdy el - Akmola". An important area of activity of the Assembly was participation in the process of introduction of trilingualism in the country, a phased transition of the Kazakh language into the Latin alphabet. The implementation of this project will open new horizons for Kazakhstan to promote the brand of Kazakhstan culture on a global scale, to bring our country closer to the world community. In Astana the other day the ceremony of awarding the winners of the mega-project "Min bala" Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, aimed at teaching children and young people - representatives of different ethnic groups of the state language, culture and customs of the people of Kazakhstan. In the categories "Asil soz" awards went to Evgeniy Gelasimov (school №16 Kokshetau) and Yuri Kochetigov (grammar school named after M. Gabdullin Kokshetau). In the competition of works on the topic "Kemel eldyn - kemenger kalamgerleri", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Alash Orda, Victoria Stamatova, a pupil of the Makinskaya secondary school of the Enbekshilder district, was recognized as the winner.

The chairman of the Akmola Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan shared with the scientific and creative intelligentsia, representatives of the NPO and state bodies information that 220 mediators work in the region and only this year they have allowed more than 1,500 disputes and conflicts. Successfully operate 248 Soviets of public consent, the main task of which was the prevention of social tension in society. More than eighty mother councils are carrying out fruitful work to educate young people in the spirit of Kazakhstani patriotism. At the regional assembly the club of ethnogogists operates for the seventh year, they are the authors of many projects on the revival of national traditions, reduction of social orphanhood, assistance to those in need. A worthy place was occupied by the residents of Akmola and in the project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" initiated by the Head of State, eight of whom received the largest number of votes. Speaking about the forthcoming work, Malik Murzalin reminded the Head of State that awareness of the importance of modernization, having an internal desire for renewal is the key principle of our development.

- Each of us is a co-operator of the projects of the Head of State, - said the speaker, - and our further actions with you should be aimed at strengthening the values of Independence and patriotism in the public consciousness, reports of the great importance of the modernization processes conducted under the leadership of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, promotion of the values of creative work and the contribution of every Kazakhstani citizen to the further development of statehood.

Then the award ceremony began. First on the scene were invited honorary citizen of Kokshetau, social activist Zura Shuataeva that on such a significant day to give her a commemorative medal of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan. Gauhar Hamzina, Director of LLC "Educational Educational Production Enterprise "Merey" (Shchuchinsk), was awarded the Gold Medal "Birlik" (Unity) of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, doctor of the Zerendinsky District Hospital Valery Kan was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, the teacher of the Armenian language Ruzanna Degoyan received the Letter of Appreciation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. A group of activists was awarded with letters of thanks of the Akmola APK.

In three languages, the teacher of Kokshetau State University named after Shokan Ualikhanov, Zhailagul Sagyndykova, expressed gratitude to the President of the country for the huge credit of youth trust. A graduate of the "Bolashak" program, she passed a scientific internship in the USA and now she realizes her knowledge in the l-Bridge university language school. This summer, in the village of Rodina Tselinograd district in the framework of the republican action "Our knowledge - of our country", organized language linguistic school "GlobalEnglish" as yet another confirmation of the fact that everyone can master English if desired.

With the approval was met with the Director-language training center Dinara Orlova, drew attention to the motivations of the study as an important consolidating factor of the state language. Director of LLC "Nura AE" of Tselinograd district Magamet Sukalov spoke about the help of fellow countrymen to a small native land. So, on the initiative of the member of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Ivan Sauera, the medical outpatient clinic and the secondary school have been overhauled and - the construction of a cultural and recreational complex in the village of Zeleny Gai is on the turn. A native of Manshuk village, Bauyrzhan Isabaev built his own football and basketball field in his native village, and Yerlan Darimov - a children's and sports ground in the village of Akmol. Maxim Bozhko conducted a complete reconstruction and repair in two schools in villages Birlik and Orazak. Do not go with the flow, but be active". We - the youth of the third modernization, which means we have a great responsibility, - has confidently declared Ravil Zagaydulin, coordinator of the regional pedagogical group "Duman", which includes more than 200 counselors. They implemented a social project for children at risk, in which 20 children rested in the summer camp, where a special program aimed at unity and unity was introduced. Ravil, having completed training on the project "Youth Human Resources", entered the republican database of young specialists. Annually, thousands of young specialists, graduates of universities and colleges receive new opportunities for a life start. All this is a merit of the far-sighted policy of the Nation Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev.
