The work to modernize the public consciousness precisely to the mother, as bearers of family values, gives a special impetus. They are able to set directions within the framework of family education to preserve the national code, to form a new look at the basic constants of national identity.

This was the way the task was set at an expanded meeting of the Republican Council of Mothers of APK in Shymkent. Head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan Darkhan Mynbay, speaking, formulated it this way: "It is one of the priorities of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and, first of all, the Council of Mothers" to preserve their cultural code, their spiritual foundation". There are a number of projects within the framework of the "Ryhani zhangiry" program, which directly concern the institution of the family as the spiritual beginning of all Kazakhstanis. Over the past few years, the number of mothers' councils in the country has increased eight-fold, which indicates their importance in strengthening the institution of the family.

All regional branches took part in the republican forum, their representatives shared their experience with each other. Among others, as a good example, the fruitful work of our association headed by Chairman Zere Kiikova was especially noted. Upon the arrival of our delegation at the Palace of Public Accord, a round table was organized, which discussed the role of Mothers' Councils in the implementation of the program "Ryhani zhangiry" - "Spiritual Revival". Opening it, Zere Kiikova stressed the great importance of the family in the stability of society and the promotion of moral values. The Council carries out a number of important tasks in the implementation of the "Ryhani zhangiry" program: it organizes charity events, conducts work on career guidance, and educates girls on the basis of the people's spiritual culture. 12 clubs of girls have been created in the educational organizations of the region, which set an example for the rest. Here patriotic work is organized on continuity of the main family values, the best national traditions. The Mothers Council also organizes a lot of charitable actions to help sick children, KZT 6 million was collected. One child operated in Turkey, three in Chelyabinsk, two more in Moscow. The result of the actions "Dear Good", "Give a smile" are the happy faces of grateful parents who received help.

- On his mother's advice - said Zere Espaevna - entrusted the spiritual and moral challenge for the cultural and educational work among the younger generation, to reduce the divorce rate, prevention of crime and delinquency among youth. Only in our region, half of the marriages break up, and this means that there is still a lot of work to be done, in which it is time to join the whole public in full force.

The participants listened with interest to the work on the ground in this direction. Ainagul Zhazieva, a teacher at school-gymnasium No. 17, the head of the club "Manshyk" confessed, did not expect that the girls will be so attracted to the club, here they learn not only good manners and folk traditions, but also learn the intricacies of running a family farm, how to become a good wife, mother, to save the family. Many gathered about the work of the girlish club "Aigerim" at the University of Sh. Ualikhanov, where one of the first in the republic also created the Council of Fathers. Especially interested in the experience of the school-gymnasium № 11, which opened the club "Abai alemine sayahat". Its leader Zauresh Kakabaeva told: "Today on program "Tygan zher" visited our children in Semey, the home of Abai, visited museums and F. Dostoevsky, Sh. Ualikhanov, drank water from the holy spring, a few days living in his native village of Abay. Plunging into the surrounding atmosphere, children of different nationalities became direct participants in the activities, communicated with each other in the Kazakh language, read Abai's poems and even learned to make a kurt, milked cows, baked baursaks. Not just had a great summer, but they also became closer to their homeland". Her story was supplemented by the purest Kazakh one of the pupils Nikita Filatov, having caused a standing ovation: "It was a journey into the world of Abai, unforgettable impressions, happiness - not just to visit, but live in the native places of the great poet. Getting used to his surroundings, we discovered the home of Abai, breathed with him one air".

Speaking, the head of school language teaching "Shanirak" Kultay Karimzhanova noticed how great it is that "we have opened such wonderful clubs, children read poems in different languages, is the interpenetration of cultures of different nationalities, I am here, for example, I can say hello in 22 languages and I'm proud of it. Our Mothers Council shows us all an example - to educate children so that their thoughts are pure, so that they learn from the elders to live in peace and harmony".

The event ended with the adoption of recommendations on the support of family values, which, as noted, "should become a worthy substitute for the growing trends of radicalization, the manifestations of which we observe. Why increase the responsibility of the family, motherhood and paternity as the basis for strengthening the nation'.
