November 17, 2017 on the explanation of President Nursultan Nazarbayev's article "A Look into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness" within the framework of the "Tygan zherge tagzim" action, members of the Assemblies of the People of Kazakhstan of the Aktyubinsk region, 18 ethno-cultural associations and the youth wing visited the monument in honor of the 350th anniversary of Eset batyr Kokiyli.

A well-known Kazakh batyr and commander, the Tarkhan is a representative of the highest military-tribal aristocracy. He was an active participant in the struggle against the Dzungars and Volga Kalmyks for almost half a century, one of the close associates of Khan Abulkhair.

During the meeting the head of the Kazakhstan People's Assembly Sekritariatom Aktobe region Barbosynov Nurbakyt Kusaynovich and chairman of the council of elders "Birlik" Kurmanbekov Erkin Zholmurzaevich laid flowers to the monument of Eset batyr Kokiyli,  paid a tribute of deep respect to the famous Kazakh commander, who had a huge influence on the liberation war of the Kazakh people against the Dzungarian invaders. The height of the monument made of fiberglass is 11.5 meters, weight - 1.5 tons.

The delegation visited the grave of the batyr, where the Koran was read.

Then the delegation visited the memorial complex Eset batyr Kokiyli, a mazar with a cubic base with a helmet dome built in 1992, it houses a museum, a complimentary house for pilgrims and a dining room for a funeral dinner.

Members of the expedition also visited the new House of Culture of the rural district, where a meeting with local residents took place to explain President Nursultan Nazarbayev's article "A Look into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness".

The Kazakh people have a proverb: "Without the past there is no future", according to the program of the article "Looking to the Future: Modernizing the Public Consciousness", we are reviving our history and spiritual values. The main goal is to teach the younger generation to love their people, to be a patriot of their country, to respect and protect their native land. Opening of the monument - is a great example for young people ", - said chairman of the Council of Elders at the Aktobe regional ethnocultural association Chechens "Vainakh" Sagayev Hassan.

In the end, the delegation enlarged the library's fund with literary books, and the creative group made a concert program.
