On the 24-th of May, 2017, in the House of Friendship of Martuk District under the symbolic name "Under the same roof" a festive event was held dedicated to the 10-th anniversary of the creation of ethno-cultural associations of the Martuk district of the Aktyubinsk region. In 2007, for the first time in the district, eight councils were created from national centers: the German “Zlatoblymen”, the Tatar “Shatlyk 2”, the Korean “Ariran”, the Russian “Rusichi”, the Ukrainian “Svitanka”, the Azeri “Azeri-2”, the Belarus “Syabry”, The Bulgarian-Gagauz "Bereslava" and the Kazakh society "Dastur". From that moment, there was an opportunity for self-realization of representatives of all ethnic groups of the region. Martuk district is famous for its multinational population; representatives of 39 ethnic groups live here in peace and harmony. On the day of the 10-th anniversary, another ethno-cultural association was formed - the unification of Uzbeks and Karakalpaks.

Today, the only district Friendship House in Martuk, is a place where people of different professions, ages, meet, speak and sing in different languages, events are organized to organize the activities of ethno-cultural associations, involving them in the work to strengthen civil peace and interethnic harmony.

Representatives of the regional Azerbaijani, Tatar-Bashkir, Ukrainian and Slavic ethno-cultural association, the ANC secretariat and KGU "Public contracts" came to congratulate colleagues on the anniversary.

At the holiday of friendship, songs were sounded in different languages, those who stood at the origins of the creation of ethno-cultural associations, in the formation of the regional House of Friendship were awarded. The chairmen of the ethno-cultural associations were awarded with letters of thanks of the Secretariat of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the regional management of culture, archives and documentation. A bright holiday of friendship was held at a high level, we wished the regional ethno-cultural associations to celebrate 20-year, 50-year jubilees.
