12 January 2018, the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan held a regional day on discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "New possibilities of development in the context of the fourth industrial revolution".

The basis of socio-economic success of the country – civil peace, interethnic and interreligious harmony, which continue to be our main asset. And the Institute of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan should continue to work on preservation and strengthening of a stable international peace.

So across the country on the basis of friendship Houses events were held in the format of meetings of the Board Assembly, scientific-expert groups, conferences, round tables, Councils of public consent of the elders, mothers, youth wings of the APK, meetings with experts, etc. the events were held not only in regional centers and major cities, but regional centers, companies and Universities.

One of the first round table was held in the Republican House of friendship in Almaty with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan of Abulfas Hamidova. A. – Deputy Chairman of Turkish cultural centre "Ahiska", Klimenko O. S. –Chairman of the club of journalists in the APK Almaty.

All of the presenters and took part in the discussion noted that in his address to people of Kazakhstan the task is to create a new model of economic growth, ensure our global competitiveness, aimed at improving the well-being of each citizen.

At the same time in the city of Aktobe, with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Vishnyak Sergey Viktorovich and members of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, members of the scientific expert group, the council of public consent and the mother council, representatives of 19 ethno-cultural associations, the media held an expanded meeting of the APK Council of the region. Nurumov, and others) They expressed their views on the key issues of the Message, noting the importance of the issues of housing, banking, active introduction of modern technologies in education and the social sphere, the importance of the implementation of the unified electronic labour exchange, where must consolidate all information on vacancies and job seekers; the importance of the implementation of the project "Free vocational education for all"; he paid great attention to issues of social development.

A special topic in the Message to pupils and students focused on the areas concerning human development. Because education today is the Foundation of a competitive, goal-oriented state able to achieve certain results and specific objectives.
