In Astana, at the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev, the 5th meeting of the Republican Association of the Chairs of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held.

The event was attended by members of the APK, representatives of state bodies, ethnocultural associations, creative and scientific intelligentsia, undergraduates and students of higher education institutions of the capital.

Currently, in all regions, the largest state universities operate 33 departments that have united in the Association of Chairs of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Being scientific laboratories of peace and harmony, the departments are both an effective dialogue platform and an effective tool for introducing new social technologies for building up the human capital of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was addressed by Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan - Head of the Secretariat of the APK of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darkhan Mynbay. He noted that the activities of the departments became a significant phenomenon in the scientific, expert and public field of Kazakhstan, an important factor in strengthening public harmony and unity.

"First of all, because you educate the elite of the future of Kazakhstan, directly form in it those qualities indicated in the program article of the Head of State "A look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness", - said D. Mynbay.

Speakers noted that the activities of the APK chairs provide a flexible response of scientific thought to the rapidly changing world and the direct implementation of humanitarian innovations in the teaching and upbringing process.

It should be noted that this issue was the focus of the fourteenth Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia, held in Chelyabinsk.

And in this context, the work of the APK chairs on the implementation of the "Ryhani zhangiry" program, on the formation of such qualities as openness of consciousness, cult of knowledge, pragmatism, competitiveness - in essence, the value bases of society, is one of the key vectors of the scientific and educational activities of the Assembly.
