December 27, 2017 in the Saltanat sheds of the city of Taldykorgan hosted the ХХІІІ session of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan "Unity and consent - is the basis of spiritual modernization". As part of the session, an exhibition of valuable exhibits and historical documents was organized from the life of the famous Kazakh poetess of the improviser - Sara Tastankbekkyzy, who were brought from Moscow by the Regional Council of Public Consent at the regional APK and with the assistance of the Kazakh Embassy in Russia.

The session was attended by: akim of Almaty region, chairman of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan Batalov Amandyk Gabbasovich, members and activists of the regional APK, heads of regional administrations, deputy akims of districts and cities, heads of internal policy departments, chairmen of public consent councils, the Council of Mothers and Ethno-Cultural Centers, and representatives of regional and national media.

The purpose of the session: summarizing the work of the regional APK in 2017 to implement the instructions of the Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, President Nursultan Nazarbayev at the 25th Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Astana. Issues of further strengthening inter-ethnic and public harmony, development of mediation and work in the field of philanthropy in the region were considered; coordination of the program "Tugan zher", "100 zhana esim", "Kazakstannin kieli geografiyasi", voiced in the program article of the President "Bolashakka bagdar: ruhani zhangiru" ..

The assessment of the main goals and tasks set by the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan is given, the work plan for 2018 is approved.

During the session the deputy chairman of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, Tursynbai Gabit Tursynbaiuly made the main report on the theme: "The main directions of work of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region in the modernization of public consciousness". Also with reports were: Lushnikova Nadezhda Andreevna - member of the Public Consent Council of Zhambyl district: "Til - ulttik sananı kaliptastirudin negizi", Aitbaev Amangeldy Aitbaevich - Chairman of the Aksu District Public Concordance Council: "The role of public consent councils in the implementation of the program "Ruhani zhangiru", Alpysbaev Rustam Alievich - head of the regional department of internal policy: "On the implementation of the program "Ruhani zhangiru" in Almaty region", Eremenko Evgenia Vladimirovna - member of the Taldykorgan German Society "Wiedergeburt": "On the projects of the ethno-cultural center in the sphere of the development of domestic tourism" and Bondarenko Oksana Danilovna - member of the Enbekshikazakhsky Community Consent Council: "The role of rural youth in the implementation of the program "Ruhani zhangiru".

At the end of the session, the ceremony of awarding members of the regional APK and employees recognized as the best in the implementation and promotion of the work of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan was held.
