The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of History of the economy and law of NKSU named after M. Kozybayev Zaure Kartova, a retired judge, PhD - Inessa Kuanova, head of NGO "Center for Mediation and Law "Commonwealth" - Galina Pehotina, APC members, representatives of ethno-cultural associations, government agencies, youth organizations and the media.

The purpose of the meeting - is the formation of the legal culture and legal awareness of the population and respect for the Basic Law, as well as the development of a sense of pride for Kazakhstan as polycultured and polyethnic country. Meeting was moderated by the head of KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" Asemgul Eskozha. In her speech Asemgul Naymankyzy pointed main objectives of the Assembly in the establishment of a unified, independent country.

Zaure Kartova spoke about the evolution of the Constitution of Kazakhstan, all the changes and challenges.
